A Great Stay with Convenient Comforts
Our executive king room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple's getaway. The complimentary breakfast had delicious options, especially the fresh pastries. Pro tip, request extra towels at check-in to avoid waiting during peak hours. Overall, we had a relaxing weekend despite a few minor issues.

Friendly staff made the check-in process easy.
Upon arrival, the room I had booked was not available. I was given a different room, which had issues, including a shower that soaked the bathroom floor. The lack of counter space in the bathroom was frustrating, and I also noticed there was no fridge, which is usually a standard amenity at hotels. It was disappointing to have such inconveniences during my stay.

Couples looking for a decent stay
The staff, they were really friendly, helped me out when I spilled coffee at the entrance. And, I have to say, the room was clean and had a killer view, which made it somewhat worth it.
Now, it wasn't exactly inexpensive, but you know what I mean, it's acceptable.

The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive to my needs during my stay. The room I occupied was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a productive environment for my work. The breakfast included a range of hot items and fresh fruit, which was a great way to start the day. The business center was equipped with reliable free Wi-Fi, which was essential for managing my tasks efficiently.
The noise from the air conditioning unit occasionally disrupted my sleep.

Needs a little love
So, we stayed here for a night and honestly, it was a letdown compared to other Hamptons we’ve been to. The room was pretty small and didn't have a fridge or microwave. Breakfast was just a little box with a thawed bagel and a banana. Thankful for the comfy bed though! It was clean too.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The location offered easy access to Mountain Brook shops and restaurants, which made dining convenient. However, I encountered several annoyances during my stay. The pet policy proved to be problematic. a dog across the hall barked consistently, making it hard to relax. The bathroom furniture showed signs of wear and needed some TLC. Breakfast options were limited with minimal quality. On top of that, there was an unpleasant odor in the hallways, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. While there were positive aspects, the issues made it hard to fully enjoy my time here.
